You will be involved from contract management to project lifecycle, supported by the Senior Project Manager. The goal is for you to develop into a Project Manager.What are we looking for?We are seeking someone with demonstrated experience in commercial new builds or multi-residential projects above $20M. Strong ability to adapt and overcome challenges, and clear communication with stakeholders are essential. This role offers a clear progression plan to become a Project Manager.About the CompanyOur client is a builder developer with excellent staff retention and a strong track record of delivering high-end Class 2 multi-residential and luxury developments. They have a secure pipeline with long-term relationships.
