On''s operations team is expanding, and we are seeking a versatile logistics professional to join our growing team. This role acts as a liaison among our regional APAC and local Oceania teams, and our external logistics service provider (LSP) in Melbourne, Australia. The ideal candidate is passionate about supply chain and logistics, committed to delivering excellent customer experiences, and continuously seeks operational improvements. This position is based in our Melbourne office and requires presence in our Derrimut warehouse up to two days per week. Your Mission Collaborate with our LSPs to ensure smooth daily operations at our Melbourne site. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and proper order prioritization. Support order management, volume forecasting, and order releasing to ensure warehouse efficiency. Train LSP staff on vendor guidelines and ensure compliance with shipment requirements. Monitor warehouse KPIs, investigate anomalies, and implement corrective actions. Oversee inbound shipments, working with freight forwarders and internal teams to manage exceptions. Facilitate quarterly stock counts and internal synchronization. Lead quarterly reviews with 3PL partners and drive continuous improvements. Assist in budgeting and invoice validation processes. Implement logistics projects to reduce lead times and costs, supporting business growth. Provide backup support to other APAC warehouses as needed. Your Profile 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in international warehousing/logistics; experience in sportswear or fashion is a plus. Warehouse experience with a strong understanding of warehouse processes and LSP management. Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven, with a focus on customer experience. Strong communication skills to synthesize business needs and develop solutions. Proficient in ERP and WMS systems. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of vendor shipping guidelines is advantageous. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with BI tools like Looker is a plus.
