They collaborate to establish local networks, including scene experts and opinion leaders both online and in person. The FMS plays a key role in executing marketing initiatives, especially in Student Marketing and Sports, leading student projects and supporting sales initiatives in collaboration with sales teams. The role is active and field-based.Responsibilities include:Field Marketing Excellence & Localisation: Implement strategies, develop initiatives to enhance brand health, support sports and active lifestyle programs, execute national programs with local relevance, and foster cross-functional collaboration.Student Marketing Program Management: Manage student engagement during key moments, set goals with the NSMM and FMM, support university initiatives, and ensure alignment with business objectives.Organisational Capabilities & Enabling Structure: Lead and motivate the team, manage logistics and tools, coach SMs, and work with HR & Legal for administrative tasks.Required Knowledge & Experience:University degree in Marketing, Business, Events, HR, or relevant experience (min 3 years)Experience managing teamsFamiliarity with the Australian university landscapeExperience in planning and executing eventsSales experience and working with commercial teams (preferred)Note: We will be recruiting this role directly.
