For more information, visit publicissapient.com.Job DescriptionIn this high-impact role, the Head of Customer Engagement will enhance customer acquisition, deepen and retain customer relationships, and build new revenue streams leveraging cutting-edge data, analytics, and technology capabilities.Suitable candidates will have excellent experience across the following areas:Customer loyalty: Proven experience in creating strategies and enabling capabilities to drive emotional-driven customer loyalty, grow Customer Lifetime Value, and increase customer retention.Personalisation: Defining strategies, executing use cases, and building and scaling capabilities to create richer personalised connections with customers and communicate with them across channels seamlessly.Martech Transformation: Helping clients define their martech strategy aligned across organizational functions and implementing a martech stack to enable continuous, Always On engagement across channels.Digital identity: Assisting enterprises in building strategies and designing technology roadmaps to thrive, grow, and continue engaging with customers in an increasingly privacy-oriented environment.Customer data platforms: Helping enterprises create a strong foundation to capture, manage, and monetize first-party data by designing and implementing (or migrating to) a Customer Data Platform (CDP).Data Monetization: Providing end-to-end services that help enterprises maximize monetization from first-party data by leveraging Retail Media Networks and other digital and physical properties. #J-18808-Ljbffr
