Join our close-knit, dynamic team in Macquarie Park, NSW, and be part of an organisation that values collaboration, growth, and excellence.Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, APAC, the Graphic Designer Packaging will be responsible for delivering high-impact design solutions across packaging, communications, and digital channelscombining creative expertise, stakeholder collaboration, and agile project execution in a fast-paced FMCG environment across the APAC region.Job DescriptionWhat Youll Do:Packaging Design & Execution:Lead Development: Create packaging design layouts for new product innovations and large-scale rollouts.Artwork Preparation: Prepare press-ready artwork, manage print and press specifications, and ensure final outputs meet brand and production standards.Collaboration: Work directly with production and supply chain teams to coordinate specification approvals, attend press checks, and oversee packaging trials.Communications & Visual Design:Campaign Execution: Develop and roll out key visuals for consumer campaigns across print, digital, and in-store.Creative Assets: Design and develop assets for e-commerce platforms, digital display ads, and social media content.POS Materials: Create and implement Point of Sale (POS) materials including displays, shelf-ready packaging, and retail signage.Digital & Internal Communications:Website Management: Update and maintain consumer-facing websites, ensuring product information, visuals, and messaging remain current and on-brand.Internal Assets: Design internal communications assets, presentations, branded signage, and digital assets to support business-wide initiatives.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders (e.g., HR, Sales, Marketing) to ensure timely rollout and visual consistency of internal communications materials.Asset Management & Adaptation:Asset Adaptation: Resize and adapt creative assets for use across multiple platforms and regions while maintaining visual consistency and brand integrity.Library Management: Manage the full asset library of brand, company, and packaging assets, creating accessible libraries for teams and external partners.QualificationsWhat You Bring to the Table:Minimum 5 years experience in a packaging and communications design role within the FMCG industry.Proven expertise in packaging layout, print and press specifications, proofing, and production coordination.High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience with packaging CAD tools and pre-press workflows a plus.Strong conceptual and executional design skills across both print and digital environments.Experience in managing website content and CMS updates (basic HTML/CSS knowledge advantageous).Excellent attention to detail and time management across multiple projects.Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.Experience with sustainability-focused packaging initiatives.Familiarity with motion design or video editing.Exposure to digital marketing trends in FMCG e-commerce and retail.Who You Are:An approachable and self-disciplined member of the teamA natural collaborator with a continuous improvement mindsetAn individual who thrives under pressure and can think quicklyA confident communicator who can work autonomously.Aligned with Jack Links values and passionate about innovation and excellence.Additional InformationWhy Join Jack Links?Be part of something bigger:Jack Links is a global brand with a strong presence in the APAC region.Collaborate across teams:Work alongside our APAC team members to bring our unique culture to life!Supportive environment:Join a fun, cohesive team committed to achieving greatness.Whats Next?Ready to make your mark?
