With Bendigo Bank and you.About the teamThe Management Credit Reporting team sits within the Credit Risk function and manages reporting requests and develops, produces, and provides insights across the Banks Credit Reporting requirements.About the roleAs Reporting Analyst and reporting to the Management Credit Reporting Lead, you are a key member of the Management Credit Reporting team, responsible for the preparation reports, control the process associated with the preparation and support the presentation of reports to the Management Credit Committee (MCC).Youll get to:Develop and deliver insightful and accurate regular risk reportingEnsure the integrity of risk of information and reports by implementing appropriate control processes, contribute to risk reporting and support enterprise key risks and risk appetite standardsDevelop existing and implementation of new tools to increase productivity whilst maintaining the highest level of quality.Be managements first point of contact for reporting requirements and support the delegation of work to Reporting AnalystsThis is a 12-month fixed term role located at one of our corporate offices in Melbourne, Adelaide, Bendigo or Sydney with a flexible hybrid model that includes a minimum of 2 days per week in the office and from mid-2025 a minimum 3 days per week in the office.About youTo be successful in this role you will have:Tertiary qualifications in IT, Business and /or other relevant qualification preferredExtensive business reporting experience is mandatory with experience within financial services, banking, risk / credit risk preferredHigh level of proficiency across business intelligence tools including Excel, SAS and Power BI is an advantageDemonstrated experience in drafting, writing and presenting analytical reports and recommendations to Committees and Senior ManagementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong relationship building skills to work with the ability to advise and influenceExcellent organisational and coordination skills with the ability to work across complexity and meet critical timeframesSo, why work with us?Youll also get access to a great range of benefits, including:Looking for hybrid work, flexible hours, or a compressed week?
