Equipment Rental Administrator2XM Recruit is seeking an Equipment Rental Administrator to join a leading Equipment Hire firm in Hornsby on a permanent basis.Role DetailsLocation: HornsbyJob Type: Permanent (optional Saturdays at higher pay rate)Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 plus SuperMain DutiesRespond promptly and professionally to all inquiries, aiming to convert each into a booking.Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer requirements.Arrange and dispatch customer deliveries promptly, ensuring timely delivery.Communicate relevant information to drivers and yard staff.Assign tasks based on skills and identify training needs, discussing them with the Branch Manager.Experience NeededBackground in hire industry, engineering, manufacturing, or construction is advantageous.Experience with Baseplan (preferred but not essential).Basic computer skills and a valid Driving Licence.Additional InformationThis role offers an excellent opportunity within a well-established business with multiple locations.
