With bold modern Australian flavours, leather booths, and an open kitchen, it''s a vibrant space loved by all.About the roleIn your new role as Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will oversee F&B operations and be responsible for engaging with our guests and supervising and supporting your team with daily activities. Reporting to the Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will enjoy working as part of a small team on a rotating roster. This role will oversee the Restaurant, In Room Dining as well as Events hosted throughout the hotel. Your duties will include:Supporting daily Food and Beverage Operations by being hands on within the departmentLead the team with energy and flair, making sure every guest experience goes above and beyondInspire and develop the team to be friendly, professional, and fully tuned into the key operational know-how that keeps everything running smoothlyBe able to lead both a-la-carte (Lunch and Dinner) and buffet style service (Breakfast and Events)Assist in the planning and execution of hotel events, including setup, pack-down, and catering support, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.Understand menu content, whats new, whats changing, and whats popular and keep the team informed about every delicious detail and promotionComplete purchase orders for products for bar and restaurantWhat are we looking for?Experience in a Food and Beverage Supervisory role, or strong experience in an F&B service role, preferable within a hotel environment A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiencesDemonstrated ability to resolve problems and conflict, and work efficiently under pressureWell-presented, organised and calm personalityWhat will it be like to work for Hilton?In 2024, Hilton was named #2 Best Place to Work in Australia across all industries.
