The teams areas of focus include:Performance Reporting and Analysis performance analysis, monthly management reporting for the Group and Profit Announcement reporting to shareholdersPlanning and Forecasting ownership of the Groups Planning & Forecasting process, strategic and ad-hoc analysisDecision Support strategic projects, insight development and ad-hoc analysisThe purpose of the role is to help deliver the strategic agenda for FR&A. This will involve delivering value-adding, insightful reporting and analysis to the Board, CEO, CFO, ELT, Executive General Manager Group Finance, and Group Treasurer, relating to the strategic direction and performance of the Group.Do work that mattersYour responsibilities are varied, ranging from being the key business partner in Group Finance for selected Business Units and Subject Matter Experts, ensuring the successful co-ordination, execution and delivery of the monthly financial dashboards, quarterly trading updates, and semi-annual results for the Profit Announcements, to providing ad-hoc value-add analysis to FR&As key stakeholders.You are strategic, analytical and a forward-thinking creative problem solver, highly capable of driving through ambiguity - youll constantly identify and execute solutions to challenges/opportunities.To deliver on outcomes, you will have extensive dealings across the broader FR&A team, Investor Relations, each of the CBA Group Business Unit finance teams, as well as senior Finance executives.This is a 12 month secondment/contract role.Were interested in hearing from people who will aspire toHelp drive out productivity improvements across our key reporting processesSuccessfully co-ordination, execution and delivery of the Group''s monthly flash result to the CEO and CFOSuccessfully co-ordination, execution and delivery of the monthly financial dashboards to the Executive Leadership Team, CEO and the BoardArticulate key business drivers, provide critical insights to drive discussion, and deliver value-add analysis of all Group businesses for the Executive Committee and BoardAssist with half-year and year-end reporting deliverables, including the Profit Announcement, Annual Report, Pillar 3 and the Group results presentationBe able to demonstrate ability in managing and balancing priorities.Ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements effectively.Share time and knowledge with other team members to support continued development, drive team engagement and build a stronger team.Build and maintain productive relationships with Finance and Non-Finance stakeholders, including Business Unit Finance Teams, Investor Relations, Treasury, Risk Management and Group StrategyOther qualities you may possess includeStrong analytical, problem solving skills, and commercial acumenKnowledge of visualisation best practices for complex data relationshipsExcellent communication and stakeholder managementExceptional attention to detailAdvanced Excel skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneouslyInnovative and able to drive resultsWorking with us meansWhether youre passionate about customer service, driven by data, or called by creativity, a career here is for you.
