You will play a key role in ensuring that merchandising, inventory, financial and people management processes and standards are in place, taking full responsibility for the stores operations during the Store Managers absence.Primary responsibilities include:Providing incredible service to all customersManaging the day-to-day store operationsMaintaining the stores appearance and organisation to a high standardInventory control and loss prevention for incoming, outgoing and current stockMaximising the stores profitability using KPI and sales dataCoaching and training teams for success and progressionLeading by example by embracing and upholding our Ethos values of Family, Integrity, Vitality, Vision, Accountability, Recognition, and Sustainability.This is a part-time role offering 20 25 hours.
