The Fellow will have demonstrated experience in writing clinical protocols and designing models of care, with particular focus on MR simulator workflows. A combination of clinical and protocol/research time will be available. The Fellow will support Radiation Oncology Consultants at the RAH and LMH as required.A significant range of radiotherapy technologies including image guided HDR and LDR brachytherapy for urological and gynaecological malignancies, IMRT/VMAT, stereotactic brain and body radiotherapy, TBI, TSET, proton therapy planning and paediatric radiation oncology are available at these sites.With substantial investment by SA Health in new and innovative radiotherapy & medical equipment and IT technology this is a generational opportunity for the Fellow to work with other health professionals within a sophisticated and modern environment of healthcare, research and health economics within South AustraliaThe Royal Adelaide Hospital and Lyell McEwin Hospital are RANZCR accredited training sites. The Fellow will provide leadership and have an active teaching, research and education role within the department.About YouYou are a highly skilled and motivated medical professional who thrives in a collaborative and innovative environment. You are passionate about advancing cancer care through leading-edge radiation therapy and are ready to contribute to the growth of proton therapy in Australia.Qualifications & Registration: You hold an MBBS or equivalent degree and are eligible for registration with AHPRA.
