Territory Manager (NSW - New England, Beef)As a Territory Manager at Halter, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and ensuring customer success within your designated territory. You will be responsible for executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and meeting ambitious growth targets, acting as Halters on-the-ground representative. This role requires a proactive and hands-on approach, focusing on both expansion and long-term customer satisfaction.You will prioritize daily efforts that optimize growth performance and drive value for your customers. Working closely with cross-functional teamsincluding Product, Support, and regional salesyoull share field insights to ensure Halters technology meets farmers needs. Your contributions will directly support Halters mission to make 50% of the worlds habitable land more productive and sustainable.Location: Anywhere in the New England region of New South Wales, preferably in Armidale. Frequent travel is required.Essential Requirements:Sales & Customer Success Expertise: Experience in value-based sales, opportunity creation, deal closing, and building lasting relationships. Knowledge of post-sales value building and upselling.Beef Industry Experience: Understanding of beef operations, challenges, and industry nuances. Willingness to learn rapidly about farm operations if not already familiar.Attitude: Motivated, team-oriented, resilient under pressure, and energetic. Passionate about making a difference.Territory Management: Ability to manage a large territory with a focus on sales and customer success, making strategic trade-offs.Problem Solving & Collaboration: Resourceful, quick-thinking, and effective in cross-functional teamwork.Travel Willingness: Ready to travel frequently within your territory.Typical Daily Activities:Prospecting & Expansion: Lead generation through outreach, referrals, events, and responding to inbound inquiries.
