We aim to prioritize hearing care on the healthcare agenda and to improve the quality of life for those living with hearing loss.ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a passionate customer service professional to join us as a Clinic Co-Ordinator on a part-time basis! If you are interested in helping clients improve their hearing and quality of life, keep reading! This role is for you.This pivotal role in each clinic contributes to clinic performance and enhances our customers experience. We seek a compassionate, process-oriented, and purpose-driven individual with excellent organizational and customer service skills to help more people access better hearing.You will collaborate with Clinicians and Hearing Technicians (where applicable) to deliver quality hearing healthcare outcomes for our clients.You will learn about our products, services, competitive advantages, and government funding programs.
