Job Description: As a motor vehicle salesperson, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with our customers, guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your primary responsibilities will include: Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget. Provide accurate information about available vehicles and assist in selecting the most suitable options. Sales Process: Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery. Demonstrate features and benefits of various vehicles and conduct test drives. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest automotive trends, features, and specifications. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our inventory and effectively communicate the value of each vehicle. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and prices to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Close sales transactions efficiently and ethically. Documentation: Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Collaborate with the finance department to facilitate smooth financing and leasing processes. Customer Follow-up: Establish and maintain post-sale relationships with customers. Address any concerns or inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred but not mandatory. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Detail-oriented and organized. Valid drivers license.
