We offer dynamic career paths that allow you to impact lives and inspire love.Role OverviewThe Real Estate Development Coordinator supports the Real Estate team and portfolio strategies, facilitating meetings with the executive team and acting as a liaison with internal departments and external partners.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing the full lifecycle of real estate deals from site selection to store opening for assigned regions.Maintain and manage the store lifecycle system (Tango), tracking critical dates and data.Serve as the final approver and project initiator within Tango for real estate projects.Coordinate Real Estate Committee functions, including deal submissions, agendas, and documentation.Create and deliver site recommendation presentations using geographic and demographic analyses.Partner with Legal to manage documentation and ensure timely reviews and signatures.Work with Construction and Store Planning teams to monitor milestones and provide feedback.Represent the team in meetings and ensure proper follow-up.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.13 years of experience in real estate or related field (preferred).Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quick learner of department-specific software.Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with business acumen and stakeholder interaction comfort.The salary range is $52,000$60,000, depending on factors like region, experience, and skills.Additional DetailsSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Sales and ManagementIndustry: RetailReferrals can double your chances of interviewing.
