You will report to the Factory Manager and be part of a collaborative team where your continuous improvement ideas are valued, and your professional growth is supported. More specifically, you will: Champion a safety-first culture at the Chinderah Supaloc factory workforce Ensure a solid pipeline of talent via our internal recruitment team and labour hire agency to minimize interruptions to production schedules Lead, coach and develop the workforce to excel and grow, supporting skill-development efforts Manage all activities within the scope of the role by through effective communication, planning, monitoring, and appraisal of resources Ensure workforce activities comply with current site EBA requirements. Execute weekly production plans with a focus on minimising waste and stoppages Drive the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives Ensure optimum use of the D365 system in production, inventory, ETS and production order managementAbout youYou will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger.
