Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, outstanding communication skills, and a genuine passion for improving the lives of others. You will help clients with daily activities and personal care, including assistance with housekeeping, meal preparation, personal hygiene, and transport to appointments. Experience in home care is desirable.Your Key Responsibilities Include:Assisting clients with activities of daily living, including housekeeping, grocery shopping, meal prep, personal hygiene, toileting, dressing, and helping at mealtimes.Providing transport for clients to attend appointments, shopping trips, or social activities.Supporting clients with cognitive impairments while maintaining their dignity and comfort.Promoting client independence and well-being through compassionate care.Requirements:Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support.Current First Aid and CPR certificates.Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.Experience in a home care setting is an advantage.Reliable transport (your own registered and insured vehicle) for travel to clients homes.Ability to assist clients with behaviours of concern.Ability to work under supervision and follow directions.Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.Completion of a National Police Record Clearance.Proof of three doses of COVID-19 vaccination.Valid work rights within Australia.If you are ready to make a difference and provide vital support to our clients, we would love to hear from you!
