They also report on damaged bags directly to the airline, ensuring efficient, safe, and accurate operations during aircraft turnarounds and meeting KPIs for our clients.Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesBeing the first point of contact for passengers at the baggage carouselChecking passenger baggage detailsMonitoring carousels for issues such as belt stoppages and passenger concernsCollaborating with the below-wing team for missing baggageRecording rush bags receivedReporting issues to Baggage Services SupervisorsCreating and tracing files for missed or damaged bagsForwarding and delivering baggage to passengersEssential CriteriaSuperior customer service, teamwork, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detailAdherence to safety and security protocols in the aviation industryPunctuality and reliability in attendancePositive attitudePlease note employment with dnata Airport Services Pty.
