In this role, you will contribute to shaping the future of our platform by developing prototypes and design storytelling artifacts to drive alignment, inform technical solutions and coordinate planning with product teams.Reporting to Culture Amps Chief Designer, you will lead efforts to envision platform unification, innovative cross-product workflows and AI capabilities. In tight collaboration with user researchers and people scientists, youll leverage deep human insights to unlock value for users. Youll make bold ideas tangible and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify roadmappable big bets that make progress towards our vision.Youll leverage technology developments combined with design knowledge to evolve design processes and uplift craft across the practice. As a functional leader, youll mentor designers and contribute to our design communities of practice. You will lead playback and co-creation workshops to integrate bold ideas into product roadmaps and guide product strategy.You''ve built your career by blurring the lines between design and development. Youve worked on industry-leading products that deliver value for the people who use them, and for the businesses that deliver them.
