Finance Business Partner - Housing & PropertyJob No: SVDP347752Location: Box HillJoin one of Victoria''s leading not-for-profits and be part of something impactfulCompetitive Salary + Tax-advantaged Salary PackagingFull-time, Ongoing RoleFor over 170 years, we have provided practical and compassionate support to people across Victoria, including assistance with food, utilities, and education for children.Under our Good Works umbrella, we offer various services such as soup vans, education programs, home visitation, and VincentCare Victoria (VCV), supporting vulnerable communities like those experiencing homelessness, housing crises, family violence, and elderly care.The RoleThe Finance Business Partner will collaborate with the EGM of Housing and Property Strategy and senior managers to provide financial advice and support within the housing portfolio of VCCH and asset management across the group.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare annual operating and capital budgets for the VCCH portfolio.Conduct monthly reporting and quarterly forecasts with detailed analytics and trend analysis to inform management decisions.Monitor financial performance in partnership with EGMs and managers, acting as an active finance advisor.Assist stakeholders with daily queries to ensure smooth operations.About YouYou have experience analyzing complex financial data and communicating insights effectively.
