Job ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the PB Business Units and PB Strategy & Insights to develop long-term strategies and identify growth opportunities.Support the development of business cases for strategic initiatives aligned with business strategy and lead the annual investment planning cycle.Monitor key success metrics related to strategic investments and overall business operations.Assist the Head of Performance and the PB Strategy, Performance & Customer Advocacy team as needed.Collaborate with Finance and business stakeholders to model the strategic and commercial aspects of PB.Manage the PB Dashboard, extracting insights to inform strategy adjustments, and work with stakeholders and the D&A team to enhance it.Support review and prioritization of investments that maximize commercial returns and benefit customers and colleagues.Consolidate and report on the PB investment portfolio and progress of strategic initiatives.Track and report outcomes related to commercial performance, customer satisfaction, and colleague engagement.Serve as a contact point for PB portfolio and investment planning activities.Qualifications and ExperienceMinimum of 3 years experience in portfolio management, corporate finance, investment planning, strategy, or reporting.Background in strategy development, business case creation, and financial modeling.Experience coordinating investment planning across business units and functions.Knowledge of portfolio governance principles and frameworks, ensuring alignment with strategy.Experience developing performance reports to evaluate portfolio performance and ROI of initiatives.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office for executive presentations.Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders across functions and support investment planning, funding submissions, and monitoring activities.Our CommitmentWe value diversity and inclusion, believing that a diverse workplace fosters better ideas and outcomes.
