In this role, the Finance BP will collaborate with the Manager of Finance Business Partnering to support business units and operational leaders on all finance-related matters. The primary function of this role is to assist the business in setting and achieving financial targets.The Finance BP will ensure the organisation operates with financial coherence, providing senior leaders and stakeholders with a transparent view of their business units'' performance. This clarity will highlight the financial impact of their strategic, operational, and trading decisions. Additionally, the role involves close collaboration with the Financial Reporting team to ensure that accounting records are accurate and align with the analytical needs of operational management.Key AccountabilitiesCollaborate with the Manager to provide the BU senior management and stakeholders analytical and commercial finance support with a focus on providing strategic financial insightsConduct scenario or what-if analysis to understand financial impacts for changes in business-critical assumptionsIdentify and analyse key financial trends and metrics to update rolling forecast information or key budget assumptionsPrepare financial analysis to support business case initiatives and track costs and benefits where requiredIdentify and drive continuous process improvement initiatives including automation of reporting and reduced number of manual reportingEnsure compliance with and adherence to all relevant legislation and policies and procedureWhat were looking forDemonstrated experience in related Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance or Financial Planning/Analysis rolesStrong commercial and financial acumen to provide insights-based reporting and recommendationsAbility to form and maintain strong relationships with stakeholdersExcellent communications skills to effectively convey financial information and influence decision-makingRelevant qualification: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting and/or CPA, ACCA or equivalent qualificationWhat we offer youCareer progression and training opportunitiesComplimentary onsite meals, discounted parking, and discounts across restaurants & hotelsApplications Open:Wednesday 13th May 2025Applications Close:Wednesday 11th June 2025Additional InformationWhat you can expect from usOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
