This means that you will be working with purpose whilst being a part of a business big enough to offer interstate mobility, job security and opportunities to fulfill your career ambitions.What You Will Be DoingAs Volume TA Lead, you will be based in our beautiful Sydney Head Office in the heart of Sydney CBD. You will be reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition and working in a team of 8 Talent Acquisition Partners and Recruitment Marketing Specialist. You will be joining a high performing team who support each other, embrace opportunities for growth & innovation and have fun whilst they are doing it!Responsible for overseeing the recruitment of our highest volume role Pathology Collectors, this fast-paced role will involve partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and developing effective recruitment strategies involving sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, managing the hiring process, as well as using proactive sourcing methods and working with the recruitment marketing specialist on recruitment campaigns.Your key responsibilities will include:Working closely with hiring managers to understand their volume & geographical requirementsManaging the end-to-end recruitment process screening & interviewing candidates to assess their qualifications and fitCoordinating and scheduling face to face interviews with hiring managersConducting reference checks and background screenings for selected candidatesProviding guidance and advice to hiring managers on best recruitment practicesKeeping a constant talent pool & pipeline of qualified candidatesUsing different technologies, for example Spark Hire, to maximise efficiencyStaying abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarking, and changes in the business landscapeWhat Type of Person Will Be SuccessfulTo be successful in this role, you will be experienced in Talent Acquisition and high-volume recruitment.
