The role requires you to communicate with relevant stakeholders, prepare documentation, keep systems and CRMs updated, and follow a loan application from pre-submission to post-approval within required timeframes. This role also aims to contribute to a smooth and streamlined customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Document management (collecting, renaming, organising, following up on sensitive supporting documentation)NCCP Compliance checks and transcribing notes from summaries to detailed responsesCalculate income for PAYG and Self Employed applicantsUnderstand and interpret complex financials (Self employed, trusts, and company)Data entry of client information into MyCRM (LMG CRM system)Data entry of a loan application into MyCRM and Apply Online (AOL), Simpology, or directly to the lender.Living expense analysisResearch lenders with specific policies to suit client requirementsGenerate application paperwork, including First Home Buyers and Discharge formsOrder valuations based on broker information, understand valuation types, and communicate with valuation firmsRequest pricing across multiple lenders for new applications and settled loansGenerate and interpret comprehensive credit reportsAssist in mitigating MIRs, Conditional Approvals, and Settlement ConditionsCross-check approval and settlement documents for accuracy and client requirementsEnsure timely settlement and meet deadlinesGain exposure to complex loan structures and types (multiple applicants, securities, SMSF, company, trust lending, etc.)Person Specification, Competencies, and Attitudes:Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanorWillingness to take necessary actions and decisions to meet objectives and deadlinesProactive problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work autonomously with minimal supervisionStrong attention to detail, compliance awareness, and high accuracy in reviewing documentsWell-organized, capable of managing conflicting prioritiesBachelors Degree in a relevant fieldOver 4 years of experience in the Australian mortgage broking industry, specializing in loan processingExperience using aggregators CRM such as MyCRM, Infynity, Mercury Nexus, Flex, or SalestrekkerProficiency in IT software, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office (Gmail, Outlook)Experience working with multiple brokers in a fast-paced environment using MyCRM softwareAdditional Details:4-week onsite training inductionMonthly Reward and RecognitionPossibility to complete Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (pending eligibility)Regular professional and social eventsAccess to Brokerversity for self-driven learningIf you''re ready to shape the future of contact centre solutions, apply now and be part of our journey!Email: ecp.pmo@envisioncp.comSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionFinance and SalesIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
