In this role, youll manage a diverse client portfolio, mentor junior team members and play a key part in the continued growth of our firm.Your Experience:Youre a results-driven team player with strong initiative and a commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes. With at least five years of experience as a Senior Accountant in public practice, you have a solid understanding of the Australian taxation system and hold (or are working towards) CA or CPA qualification.You excel in client-facing roles, with a natural ability to build trust and foster long-term relationships. Experience with Xero Practice Manager is highly regarded, and familiarity with General Purpose Financial Reporting is an advantage, though not essential.Your Responsibilities:Prepare and review financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals.Manage a diverse client portfolio across taxation and advisory engagements.Mentor, train and support the development of junior team members.Collaborate with the management team to identify and pursue business development opportunities.Maintain high-quality standards and consistently deliver exceptional client service.The Lowrys Philosophy:At Lowrys, we believe our people are our greatest asset.
