Working closely with senior leaders, your insights will shape network growth, investment priorities, and long-term profitability.Lead the tracking and analysis of store profitability, identifying trends and opportunities, and facilitating forums with senior leaders to address performance.Support planning, prioritization, and performance tracking of capital investments, ensuring alignment with strategic and financial goals.Support budgeting processes related to capital expenditure, ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment with enterprise priorities.Partner with Network Planning to deliver financial insights supporting strategic decisions on store formats and network expansion.Work closely with the Commercial Finance Manager, acting as a key support and trusted partner in driving financial performance and strategic priorities.About YouStrong financial acumen with a proven track record in profitability analysis and ROI evaluation.Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of building relationships and presenting analysis to senior leaders.Proactive, analytical, with attention to detail and a strategic, commercial mindset.Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking aligned with financial goals.Experience in retail preferred; self-motivated with initiative and independence.Ability to identify financial opportunities and risks, delivering actionable insights to support strategic decisions and profitability.Dont worry if you dont tick all boxes; we encourage you to apply!At 7-Eleven, our people are at the heart of everything we do.
