About the Role:Reporting into the Head of Investment, the role of Group Investment Director will lead the investment operations across 3 key client teams working closely with the Account & Digital Directors to ensure overall investment excellence across all channels. This role is a full time, permanent opportunity.Responsibilities:Lead operations for your client group and ensure delivery of traditional media channel implementation, and assist in the integration of digital mediaBudget management, forecasting and reporting within teamBuild strong relationships with media vendors to maintain strong market knowledge, first access to media properties/opportunities & unlock incremental valueIdentify relevant proactive opportunities that ladder into client business goalsLead and support key client negotiations ensuring this delivers to key client KPIsLead the effective merchandising of media investment outcomes and outputsWork alongside the leadership team in further developing the overall media investment product and offeringDrive a positive profile of both the agency and our clients in your dealings with the media and creative agenciesSkills and Experience:At least 10 years experience working within media investment in an agency, media vendor or similar organisationAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and conflicting prioritiesA strong attention to detail and ability to simplify the complexNatural leader who is supportive of helping grow careers and capabilities in everyone within our growing teamBenefits:Hybrid working 1 day per weekAccess to Employee Assistance Program to support your mental health and wellbeingWork in our brand new office with free onsite yoga and pilates classesSpend up to one day per fortnight dedicated to your professional or personal development
