This is your opportunity to contribute to a nationally significant project by supporting the Finance team and driving continuous improvement.If youre motivated by Marinus Links purpose to deliver Australias renewable energy future and you thrive on collaborating with others and improving processes, we want to hear from you!Your RoleAs a Senior Finance Business Partner, youll be a key point of contact for the Finance team, providing extensive experience in overseeing financial reporting, analytics, and management accounting. You should have a strong track record of driving process improvements and guiding team members through periods of change.Youll:Design and implement advanced reporting frameworks using Power BI and other tools to produce comprehensive and insightful financial reports.Recognise and implement opportunities for process improvements within D365 to enhance efficiency and ensure greater data accuracy.Support the annual business planning, budgeting, and monthly forecasting by ensuring timely and accurate input of data.Collaborate with the broader finance team to report on MLPLs financial performance, including expenses, working capital, cash flow, and other key metrics using data visualisations and dashboards to enhance clarity and support effective decision-making.For a copy of the Position Description outlining the key responsibilities of this role, visit the Candidate Information Pack here:NeedAt least 5 years of experience in corporate or commercial finance roles, or in comparable positions with highly transferable skills.Proven commercial acumen, with the experience and confidence to engage effectively with operational management and a wide range of stakeholders to influence change.Strong attention to detail, combined with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling sound financial recommendations and well-informed decision-making.Advanced computer literacy and excel modelling skills, including experience developing project investment and/or valuation models using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, particularly D365, and data visualisation tools such as Power BI.We OfferAt Marinus Link, we are building a passionate and talented team dedicated to delivering Australias renewable energy future.
