We also have Publicis Sapient driving digital business transformation for our clients.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our intelligence team in Melbourne.More than just number crunching, in this role, youll assist in gathering, processing, and analysing data to help make informed decisions for our clients. Working closely with the Analytics Manager and Strategy Director, youll generate actionable insights that directly influence high-profile marketing campaigns and business strategies. Youll work with diverse data sets and develop a well-rounded analytical skill set.Hungry to learn and grow in the field of data analytics? Read on.ResponsibilitiesDay to day youll:Assist in collecting, organizing and visualising data from various sources (internal systems, databases, and external data providers).Clean, preprocess, and structure raw data to ensure it is accurate and usable for analysis.Perform basic data analysis using statistical methods and tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights using various campaign and other dataCreate and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to present findings.Help design and run queries to extract data from databases using SQL or other data tools.Support senior team members in preparing data for reports, presentations, and meetings.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and contribute to projects.Ensure data integrity and consistency across various platforms and tools.QualificationsThe person we are looking for has:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).Advanced knowledge of SQL , ( MYSQL, T-SQL), and experience querying databases, (eg; SQL Server Management Studio).Proficiency with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.Understanding of statistical analysis methods.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.Understanding of campaign analytics, minimum knowledge of how a campaign is runBonus points for experience with:Python, R, or other programming languages used for data analysis.Data warehousing and ETL processes.Salesforce CRM and marketing cloudData cleaning and transformation toolsCloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.Additional InformationPublicis Groupe benefits: Be a part of the Publicis Groupe family, recent winner of the Employer of Choice Awards and one of the world''s most progressive and dynamic modern communications businesses.
