You will support us to develop a world class AI / ML technology stack and MLOps capabilities to further enhance the incredible Zip customer experience.Well need you to critically assess existing machine learning technologies and recommend new ways of working whilst providing mentoring and coaching across machine learning best practices across the business. Working closely with our awesome Data Scientists, you will discover and validate problems to facilitate quicker data science decisions.What we provide you with is an environment that is open and ready for change and challenges whilst offering genuine career growth opportunities.To help us level up youll bringExtensive hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions using industry-leading platforms and tools such as OpenAI, Claude, Anthropic, Langchain etc.Proven expertise in production-grade data science workflows, particularly with Databricks, Snowflake, and AWS.Experience developing with advanced AI agent architectures, including multi-agent systems, RAG, and tooling such as MCPs.Deep understanding of AIMLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and end-to-end model lifecycle management in production environments.Skilled in DevOps practices, with hands-on experience using Git, Terraform, and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.An aptitude for identifying and managing risks.
