We are pioneers in customer satisfaction and innovation, offering our employees safe, supportive, and rewarding work environments.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and qualified Insurance Loss Adjustor to join our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team. The role involves delivering quality workmanship to restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition. This full-time position reports to the Centre Manager and offers stability and growth opportunities within our extensive network.Key Responsibilities:Providing excellent customer service to clients and work providers.Accurately quoting vehicles promptly, adhering to repair cost targets and insurer procedures.Completing onsite, off-site, and online quotes as required.Carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging.Managing parts to ensure timely arrival and cost efficiency.Coordinating with suppliers for additional work authorization.Assisting with production management when needed.Ensuring repairs restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.Handing over completed repairs to customers.About YouProven experience in a similar role, including estimating in the automotive smash repair industry.Experience with AudaNet is highly desirable.Body experience is advantageous but not essential.Excellent customer service and rapport-building skills.Professional and personable demeanor.Strong system knowledge and computer skills; Excel proficiency is a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to meet deadlines and problem-solve with accuracy.Team-oriented and collaborative work style.Commitment to safety and high attention to detail.Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.We OfferA supportive team environment.Ongoing training and career development.Access to the latest tools, equipment, and processes.Opportunities to earn competitive salaries based on experience:Junior-Mid level tradesperson: $60,000 - $80,000Mid-Senior level tradesperson: $80,000 - $100,000If you are motivated, hardworking, and seeking a career with an industry leader, please apply online.
