What youll be doing?As a Career Transition Assistance (CTA) Facilitator, you will assist participants aged 45+ in returning to work by guiding them through acquiring new skills and careers. You will deliver, facilitate, and administer assessments, training, and advice to help them become more competitive in the local employment market. LocationYou will be based at Warragul. What You Will Be Doing Consult and assess applicants to determine their suitability for the program. Deliver the CTA program in a group training environment. Develop participants'' skills and assist them in obtaining sustainable employment. Build relationships with other jobactive providers and promote the program benefits to engage potential participants. Develop key relationships internally and externally with government departments, local industry bodies, employers, etc. Facilitate the CTA program in accordance with accreditation standards and contractual obligations. Is it a good fit? If you are an experienced trainer with employment services experience, you will see the positive impact of your leadership on clients. We are looking for: Strong knowledge of the local labour market and ideally the employment services industry. Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships, including with local industry bodies and employers. Experience in career development or career counseling is advantageous. Experience in organizing, planning, implementing, and facilitating training programs. A proven track record in achieving results, KPIs, and delivering excellent customer service. Ability to influence, negotiate, and manage time effectively. Valid drivers license and ability to travel as needed. Availability to work part-time, Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 5 pm.
