Our facilities include three rooms: Nursery (6 weeks+), Toddlers (18 months3 years), and Preschool (35 years). We feature large outdoor environments with a play fort, sandpit, and natural trees. We value cultural diversity and have a partnership with Little Wings, a charity that recycles bottles and cans to fund their flights. We foster a culture of ''Serious Fun'' and are looking for our next shining star.About the RoleManage the daily operations of the Centre(s) in line with company policies, ensuring compliance and meeting financial targets.Build connections within the local community, including partnerships with families, and use your marketing skills to increase occupancy.Mentor and support staff to meet or exceed the National Quality Standards.About YouDiploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent (ACEQAA-approved).Strong experience in a Centre Manager role.Current Working with Childrens Check.Experience in achieving targets and maintaining safety and compliance standards.Why Work for Affinity?Join our values-driven organisation, where incredible people make a genuine difference.
