About the roleDiscover Early Learning is seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Manager to lead our thriving childcare centre in Kelmscott, Western Australia. As our Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, financial management, and strategic development of our centre, ensuring we provide high-quality early learning experiences for the children in our care.What you''ll be doingOversee the daily operations of the childcare centre, including managing staff, maintaining compliance with regulations, and ensuring the smooth running of the centre.Lead a team of dedicated early childhood educators, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.Manage the centre''s budget and financial operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and sound financial practices.Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve the quality of care and educational programs offered at the centre.Build and maintain strong relationships with families, the local community, and relevant regulatory authorities.Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the organisation and represent the centre at company-wide meetings.What we''re looking forTertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior management role within the childcare sector.Demonstrated success in leading and managing a team of early childhood educators.Thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework and regulatory requirements for the sector.Strong financial management skills and the ability to oversee budgets and financial operations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with families, staff, and stakeholders.Proven track record of implementing innovative early learning programs and continuously improving the quality of care.What we offerAt Discover Early Learning, we are committed to supporting our employees and providing a nurturing work environment.
