doing professional services differently.The RoleDue to substantial growth, we are on the hunt for a tax superstar - someone who knows and loves private clients and their tax and transactions requirements just as much as they love solving tax problems commercially and in conjunction with their peers.You will be the expert on tax issues and solutions for our clients and internal advisers and lead the development and execution of the strategic growth plan for the Altus tax and transactions function.Technical- we focus on private clients and the tax and transactions associated with their needs:Taxation planning and optimisationTaxation StructuringGeneral Taxation AdviceIndirect Taxation AdviceInternational Taxation Structuring & AdviceTax consolidationDivision 7ATrust taxationEmployee Share SchemeMergers and Acquisitions structuring and tax adviceWork with advisers to develop their tax knowledge and solutions as identified in their individual development plansEducationDevise and execute the tax education strategy for Altus incl external training providers and in-house training and educationRun selective intensive training on select topics on a quarterly basisLeadership -Lead and execute the tax & transactions strategy including building a team of tax experts.You10+ years experience in private clients tax advisoryA strong desire to build relationships with clients and internal advisers and work with them to create solutionsExperience in developing and building up junior team members to be the best tax professionals they can beExperience being involved in the growth strategy for the tax and transactions teamWhat you can expect:Genuine path to equity ownership -
