Candidates must be able to demonstrate that they have the experience and ability to implement strategy and deliver outcomes which grow the earnings and sustain the balance sheet strength of the company.KingKira is seeking a dedicated professional with the integrity and track record to provide the Board and staff the confidence that it has a Chief Executive Officer capable of building on the companys performance. Critically, they will have outstanding leadership capability to engage internally with all members of the team, take a lead role when engaging with clients, and lead the company through a period of change and growth. KingKira currently has an outstanding management team who are strongly focused on operational excellence and delivery, safety, financial management, as well as business development.
