With a key focus on Intelligent Workplace Services, this role will focus developing and evolving services which supports end users of IT and delivers a modern, digital workplace experience to all users.The role will entail:Collaborating with Business Development Managers to design and propose solutions that align with customer demandShaping service line strategy by creating and delivering innovative offerings that meet client needs and differentiate Kinetic IT in the marketplace.Extensive leadership across End User Computing, Service Desk, SOE, Microsoft and NexThink services.Leading the Intelligent Workspace service line by guiding a virtual community of practice to ensure consistent and aligned service deliveryDeveloping and maintaining collateral that effectively represents Intelligent Workspace offerings and supports sales and bid activitiesDriving the growth of the Intelligent Workspace service line, being part of the design authority for services and solutions developed as part of opportunity and bid managementEngaging with stakeholdersincluding team members, end users, clients, and suppliersto foster collaboration and continuously enhance our service offeringsDont meet every requirement?
