We eagerly anticipate the opportunities this collaboration will bring to expand our services and enhance support for the Tasmanian community.About the RoleReporting to the Senior Coordinator, we have a full-time role based in our Devonport office in our transport services area.The role is classified at Level 3 of the Social, Community, Home Care, and Disability Services Industry Award (SCHADS) with the benefit of salary sacrifice options.The focus of this role is to ensure the delivery of a timely and efficient non-emergency medical and social transport service to CTST passengers and includes the provision of efficient and effective support to drivers via the Driver Support phone line along with face to face interactions in the office.Key requirements of the positions will be a combination of the following:Accurately complete scheduling and data entry of individual and group transport requestsEnsure scheduling is cost effective including taxi utilisation and paid driving resourcesIdentify and action suitable responses to driver sick leave, traffic delays, cancellations, non-responses and any other day to day scheduling issuesMonitor and manage all actions from inbound calls and the Driver Support inbox through to closeAction on the day consumer booking amendments, process cancellations and adjust fees as requiredSuccessfully complete the monthly driver rostersEffectively use the 3CX phone system and other technology including fleet and mobility management software systems (Sensium and TRIPS)Participate in the After Hours support roster as requiredEnsure service is delivered in line with CTST policies and procedures and legislative requirementsAbout YouWe''re looking for a reliable, punctual, customer-focused and enthusiastic individual to join our team.
