VSSR is responsible for delivering and reforming services to victims of crime, placing victims at the center of our justice system. The Victim Services Support Operations team within VSSR manages trauma-informed and victim-centric services, including the Victims of Crime Helpline, Victims Register, and funding the state-wide Victims Assistance Program (VAP), which provides eligible victims with flexible case management services to meet their practical, emotional, and psychological needs to help manage the effects of crime.At the Victims of Crime Helpline, we''re here for people in their hardest moments. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee its smooth, sustainable operation in line with our values.About the Role:This leadership role involves overseeing daily Helpline operations, managing a team of 19 FTE in a high-demand environment. You will bring operational expertise, strong leadership skills, and a focus on performance, safety, and impact.Ideal candidates will have significant experience managing high-volume call centre operations, preferably in crisis support, community, or health settings.
