Its a hands-on opportunity to lead, deliver real value, and help shape how we support people during a critical chapter in our journey.About the RoleAs a Service Coordinator, youll lead the day-to-day delivery of care for a group of NDIS participants, working closely with Team Leaders, families, and external stakeholders. Youll manage rostering, onboarding, and compliance; respond to emerging risks and incidents; and make sure the supports we deliver are not just compliant, but genuinely person-centred.Youll be supported by a connected leadership team and empowered to build a culture of safety, trust, and accountability across the people you lead.What Youll Do A quick snapshot!1. Coordinate participant services, including onboarding, care planning, and rosters2. Supervise Team Leaders and frontline staff with clear guidance and regular feedback3. Track utilisation, billable hours, cancelled shifts, and compliance reporting4. Manage participant documentation, complete audits, and submit monthly reports (incl. PRODA)5. Be the key point of contact for families, Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, and clinicians6.
