They are on a high growth journey and 2025 is shaping up to be a transformative one for them, and as part of that have a leadership in their supply chain - National Warehouse Operations Manager to join them.The role reports to the Supply Chain Director and the National Warehouse Operations Manager will lead teams across four warehouses in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth to deliver operational excellence, build scalability in their warehousing, and deliver their customer promise across the network. Success in this role will be creating a high-performance culture and delivering best in class warehouse operations for the business.We are looking for an experienced DC/Logistics/Operations Manager who has managed multi-site warehouse operations or large single sites in a fast-paced, high stock turn, high SKU environment like FMCG or Retail. You will have a successful track record in delivering safe, cost effective and customer-centred operations, driving CI initiatives and developing teams.
