You''ll also implement and maintain robust data management processes across the organisation.Regulatory compliance & risk management: Oversee and enhance KYC/AML processes within our information systems. Develop and maintain documentation of compliance procedures.Knowledge management & training: Design and develop comprehensive knowledge bases and educational resources. Create user guides, training materials, and documentation to support effective use of our products.Strategic process analysis: Conduct data analysis to inform strategic decision-making and process improvements. Develop metrics and reporting systems to track operational performance.Business process improvement: Identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
