As a Business Banking Manager, you will join a team committed to customer obsession, agility, simplicity, ownership, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a portfolio of key customers. Identify new business opportunities and utilise networks to achieve income targets. Assess economic value and risk of new business. Maintain and improve the credit risk profile and profitability of your portfolio. Implement sales campaigns, promote Bank products and services within Bank parameters. Demonstrate experience in business banking and credit assessment. What Were Looking For Strong understanding of business practices, sales, lending, and credit assessment. Proven ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Commitment to risk management, conduct, and compliance. Passion for customer service and advocacy. Agile mindset and adaptive leadership skills.
