Job Description

Our Senior Producers manage projects from beginning to end. Theyre problem solvers who understand every detail of a project and serve as the go-to for both clients and the R/GA team. They know what to expect, what to do next, and where they need to be at all times.Heres what you should know if you want to be a Senior Producer/Project Manager at R/GA:On any given day you mightAutonomously manage mid-sized and large systematic projects.Work with clients and partners to clarify strategic requirements.Define the approach and scope of projects (goals, deliverables, schedule, and budget).Manage multidisciplinary teams to evolve and execute conceptual work into clear sets of deliverables.Liaise with assigned partners and manage third-party vendors.Keep projects on track through clear governance artifacts such as RAIDD (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions, Dependencies) tracking, status reports, and meeting notes.Ensure the delivery of all project deliverables on time, within budget, and of the highest quality.Partner with the client service team to manage client expectations.Lead internal and external meetings, ceremonies, presentations, and conference calls, ensuring they stay on task and meet objectives.Assist with developing new business opportunities.Communicate project progress, issues, and resolutions to clients and internal teams.Escalate issues promptly to the Executive Producer and Executive Client Services Director.Play a dual role of client advocate and R/GA team advocate.Must haves for this roleExperience with Sitecore (XP 10.3, Personalize, and Experience Edge) OR experience with headless CMS projects and enterprise-level integrations.Australian Citizen/Onshore.Baseline clearance or the ability to achieve baseline security clearance.Experience working with enterprise and government-level client teams and projects.The ideal personExperience in determining the optimal approach for systematic engagements and developing clear project plans.Experience in documenting requirements, deliverables, schedules, and budgets clearly in Statements of Work, Functional Specifications, Tech Specs, Scopes, and Design Systems.Familiarity with a variety of CMSs, including Sitecore & Microsoft Dynamics, and comfort discovering new platforms and functionalities.Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks, successfully running ceremonies and managing artifacts.While not required to code, comfortable with HTML, CSS, or other code languages.Proficient with collaboration tools such as Miro, JIRA, Confluence, and FIGMA.Track record of managing large-scale programs or retainer budgets.Ability to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities.Experience managing interdisciplinary project teams.Experience delivering support and maintenance agreements.Comfortable leading large projects and taking responsibility for their success.Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels.Flexible, pragmatic, detail-oriented, and calm in fast-paced environments.Positive, collaborative problem-solving attitude.Skilled in managing client expectations and building transparent, trusted relationships.Provides and seeks candid, prompt, and thoughtful feedback to foster a growth environment.You bringExperience as a systematic producer, project manager, program manager, or related role.Certifications or hands-on experience with Agile or other project management methodologies.Strong collaborative leadership, balancing expertise with openness to others ideas.Excellent work ethiccommitment to follow through and deliver.DiversityAt R/GA, we welcome everyone regardless of who you are, where youre from, who you love, faith, disability (or superpower) status, ethnicity, or gender identity (please share your pronouns).
