This is a job-share role working part-time 3 days (0.6 FTE) per week, supporting collaboration among Executive Assistants and the team. Key responsibilities include:Drafting correspondence, preparing and amending documentsProactive diary and email managementCoordinating meetings and travel arrangementsLiaising with clients and stakeholders, maintaining client databases and contact informationAssisting with tenders and pitchesAnswering calls and monitoring emailsFile management, including electronic and physical filingCoordinating end-of-month billingClient and group reportingReconciling corporate expenses using ConcurPerforming general administrative tasks and other duties as requiredWhat You Need The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary and possess:Strong communication skillsExperience with Intellectual Property (advantageous)Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and delegateHigh accuracy and attention to detailA strong client focus and ability to build enduring relationshipsProficiency in MS Office applicationsUnderstanding of billing and financial systems (Elite experience is desirable)A proactive approach and demonstrated initiativeHow To Apply We welcome applications from diverse backgrounds and encourage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to apply.
