This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a hands-on background seeking consistent work, Monday to Friday, on high-profile infrastructure projects.This is a project role that will run for 18 - 24 months starting this month.Competitive PayLong-term project workOn-site parking availableAbout the roleAs a Trade Assistant, you will be responsible for:Assisting with general mechanical and equipment maintenance on train carriagesRemoving and refitting covers, seats, and fittings using hand toolsSupporting technicians and tradespeople with installation tasksMaintaining a safe and orderly work environmentAttending toolbox talks, inductions, and following all site safety protocolsHoursMonday to Friday, approximately 8-hour daysStart time: 7:00 AM or 7:30 AMQualificationsRail Industry Worker (RIW) card - desirable but not essentialDriver''s license and reliable vehiclePrevious experience in a general hand, trade assistant, or labouring roleComfortable using hand tools and basic equipmentAbility to follow instructions and work safely in a team environmentMomentum is innovative, results-driven, and customer-focused.
