The Employment Specialist engages consumers, establishes trusting, collaborative relationships, and works towards the goal of competitive employment in community job settings, with or without psychiatric disabilities. The role also involves helping consumers understand how employment may affect their benefits (e.g., SSI, VA, Medicaid) to support informed decision-making. Qualified candidates must maintain progress notes and documentation according to agency and regulatory standards. This is a full-time, non-exempt, union position with a wage of $18.00 per hour. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am 4:30 pm. Bachelors degree in social services or a related field is required. Valid Ohio drivers license and proof of automobile insurance are also required.
