ABOUT THE ROLEThe Crew Coordinator will be responsible for supporting field-based rig crew, support crews and maintaining all crew training.Based in our Toowoomba office in the CBD, you will work within a collaborative team focused environment, and will be responsible for:Maintaining rosters for all FIFO/DIDO field workers, ensuring adequate staffing levels.Crew logistics organising and booking of commercial flights along with all accommodation needs of crew membersCompiling reports to support monthly / Quarterly client meetingsMaintaining employee data baseOrganising all required training and updating training matrixProviding human resource support including, terminations, processing leave forms, promotionsWorkcover - assisting HSE in managing Workcover casesFull time roleBENEFITS Ventia is one of the largest essential service providers in Australia and New Zealand, giving you the unmatched opportunity for career progression. Desirable experience with ERMS, SAM Workflow, SuccessFactors, SAP & VisResExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Reliability and good work ethic.The ability to multi-task.The ability to prioritise tasks and maintain a high level of attention to detail.Experience in logistics, coordinating or scheduling within energy, oil & gas and minerals would be beneficialABOUT VENTIAVentia is a leading infrastructure services company, operating across Australia and New Zealand.
