Were recruiting a Senior Turnaround Planner to join our offshore Energy team in Perth. Based in our client''s office in the Perth CBD, this position is a key focal point in the overall coordination of Turnaround planning and execution, with occasional offshore travel during Turnaround events. Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, including: Adhoc site travel opportunities Flexible working from home arrangements Salary sacrifice and novated leasing options Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholder teams to develop integrated schedules for safe and efficient Turnaround activities Adjust planning priorities as needed Provide look-ahead schedules Manage inputs for Progress Reports Maintain and improve job plans and task lists Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement What youll bring: Minimum 5+ years of industry experience as a Planner, preferably offshore/onshore within oil & gas, LNG, or petrochemical environments Experience with SAP, Primavera P6, or other CMMS systems Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage and adjust planning priorities effectively Life at Monadelphous Engage in various events and initiatives that make Monadelphous a great place to work.
