You will lead, coach, and engage a team of Duty Managers and Lifeguards, prevent hazards, and ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.Skills & Attributes:Strong leadership experience with the ability to inspire othersExcellent verbal communication skillsSound knowledge of work health and safety legislative guidelines, evacuation, and emergency proceduresDemonstrated experience in plant room management and pool operations is essentialAbility to work mornings, evenings, and weekendsCurrent First Aid (Level 2) & CPR CertificatesBlue CardCurrent Pool Lifeguard CertificateCurrent Pool Operations CertificateApplicants with a strong background in pool plant operation and maintenance will be highly regarded.The CompanyBelgravia Leisure is part of the Belgravia Health and Leisure Group (BHLG), the fastest-growing leisure organisation in Australia.
